Delvin Saljuud, President at Pearland Branch
Devin currently is a incoming junior at Dawson High School this fall. He received the Preparatory Class, 2020, Section A (National Piano Playing Auditions, District Member) award and he also received the Intermediate Class, 2019, Section E (National Piano Playing Auditions, District Member) award. In the band fields, he was in the All-Region, Concert Band (Oboe, 2020~ 2021), and now he is in the All-Region, Symphonic Band (Oboe 2nd Chair, 2021-2022), Berry Miller Junior High Honors Band member (Oboe, 2021~ present), and has earned the Rogers Middle School Solo Ensemble Excellent Award (January 2020) and the Berry Miller Junior High Solo Ensemble Excellent Award (May 2021 and May 2022). He also just got accepted into the Houston Youth Symphony Sinfonia Band. He was also an NJHS member and completed 30 hours of volunteer work this year (2021-2022). He also does many extracurricular activities such as Tae Kwon-Do, Table Tennis, Ice Skating, Chess, and Soccer, and he is currently in the PEAK swim team and was in the Pearland Pirates Swim Team (June-July 2022). He loves and enjoys Music and is willing to help others.

Joshua Wu, Co-President at Pearland Branch
Joshua Wu is a incoming junior at Shadow Creek High School. He has been playing piano for over 10 years. Some of his achievements include winning first prize at the 2023 Rocky Mountain Piano Competition, playing in the TMTA piano festival, and winning first prize at the 2022 Sonatina and Sonata international youth competition. Apart from music, Joshua is also a member of the high school swim team. His goal is to share his passion for music with others and deepen people’s appreciation for music.
